1. General questions

How to check status of my order?

-       Kindly log-in to your account through www.buildexstores.com and you can check status of your order under ‘My Orders’


Can I change my order?

-       Once order is placed, you won’t be able to change the order but you will have an option to CANCEL the order till it is shipped. To process said request you need to log-in to your account on www.buildexstores.com and check ‘My Orders’

Where do you ship?

-       Kindly be informed that our shipping is within Sultanate of Oman territory only.


How long does it take to ship my order?

-       Usually your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days in normal circumstances. You can track status of your order through your account log-in at www.buldexstores.com

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

-       We accept Cash On Delivery and Payment trough Oman based bank debit cards & International VISA / MASTER credit cards

 

Which currency will I be charged in?

-       OMR



Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

-       We are sorry, as of now this option is not available however you can check with your bank for necessary EPP (Easy Payment Plan) if available from Bank



3. Shipping

Where do you ship?

-       Within Sultanate of Oman

How long does it take to ship my order?
- 3 to 5 working days in normal circumstances, excuse delays due to force majeure.

How can I track my package?

-       Kindly log-in to your account through www.buildexstores.com and you can check status of your order under ‘My Orders’



What if I'm not home?

-       Our Delivery agent will call you while delivering the product, In case you are not available at home, we will make maximum up to 3 attempts for delivery. If all attempts are failed, you are requested to get in touch with our Customer care at customercare@buildexstores.com or +96822035000 | +96894130598 and provide your order number. Additionally you can also collect the same from our warehouse based on confirmation by our Customer help desk.



Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

-       We do not offer international shipping. It is within Sultanate of Oman only.



4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

-       Yes, we do accept returns based on set criteria. Please refer our Return & Refund Policy at https://www.buildexstores.com/refund-policy  



Can I exchange an item?

-       In case of any exchange required, please write to our customer care at customercare@buildexstores.com with order no. and reason for exchange. It would be evaluated for eligibility & our customer care will reply to you with further course of action.



Are returns free?

5. Other questions

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?

-       As of now we do not have referral program available for customers however we have Loyalty points for all our valued buyers. Kindly log-in to www.buildexstores.com and check your loyalty points. Same can be redeemed for subsequent purchases


Do you have physical stores?

Is there a warranty?

-       Standard product warranty would be applicable as provided by manufacturer. For warranty details, please check respective product description and specifications.
